Why Miss 4% Universe in place of Miss Universe ?

 Nature is supremely diverse. There are 8 billion people on the planet Earth. Each to its own unique potential and virtues. We are just considering population of homo sapiens  while there are lakhs of plant and animal species in our environment and we never know about aliens and the plants they might like to grow !  There is a fun fact too. All the stars, planets & galaxies that can be seen today make up just 4 percent of the universe. The other 96 percent is made of stuff astronomers can't see, detect or even comprehend. Yet we ( the most rational species ) have the audacity to conduct competitions like Miss Universe. When you do not know more than half of what is , is it coherent to conduct a  competition and assigning a title ? The magnitude of the intelligence that created the world cannot be comprehended. Ek sawaal ki keemat !

  One Simple Question. How can one increase Confidence in one's life !  No question mark because we do not ask this question much often to our own selves or to the world. It is a thing of wonder. Even if one wants to increase the confidence , there is no know-how , no GPS  to guide. Take left from next red light and you will arrive at your destination aka confident self.This does not happen with us. Similarly , one cannot go to market place and ask for 5kg confidence for the job interview.  Taking the case of opposite, doubts are so natural to human mind.OR. Humans have developed a habit of being flooded with doubts. Well, it  does not matter what is the real case but our priority should be the ability to change the current pattern of doubts and move towards confidence. Tum Philosophy padh rahi ho ?

A question that I have been asked so many times is 'Why Philosophy?'  Another question supplementary  to it has always been  'What is Philosophy?'  Is it literature ? or Is it religion ?  There is a viral clip from Netflix series Taj Mahal 1989 regarding classes of Philosophy. Well, it is far away from reality of Philosophy classes and too far away from what Philosophy is.                                                                   Two other terms that will help in getting a clearer picture of Philosophy in Indian context are MPhil and PHD. एक नई शुरुवात !

गुरु चरणों में  नमन !  अंग्रेजी का  एक शब्द है 'रिस्पांसिबिलिटी' - इसका हिंदी अनुवाद 'ज़िम्मेदारी' है।  हम सब  इस शब्द को समझते हैं।  हमने अक्सर 'be responsible' यह वाक्य अखबारों में , सोशल मीडिया पर और अपने परिजनों से भी सुनते हैं ! युवा पीढ़ी से भी ये ही अपेक्षा है की वे ज़िम्मेदार बनें।                                                                   हम इस बात से भी भली भाँति परिचित हैं कि  ज़िम्मेदारी और आरोपण  (Blame ) ये दोनों अलग-अलग शब्द हैं जिनके अर्थ मेल नहीं  खाते।    ज़िम्मेदार होने से हम अपने जीवन  में आगे बढ़ते हैं , नई  चुनौतियों का सामना करते हैं। हमारे जीवन में हम दूरदर्शिता क साथ निर्णेय ले पाते हैं।  कोई भी समझदार व्यक्ति आरोपित नहीं होना चाहता।   यदि  हमें  चुनाव करना हो , हम क्या चुनेंगे ?  ...
